Stopped at this restaurant on the way to Richmond Country Farms. Tried the chicken shawarma here! Definitely one of the best shawarmas I have ever had! Would have preferred it to be a little less creamy, but great flavours! I liked the fact that they added potatoes in the meal, which I thought was a good combination.

Shawarma Palace has the best chicken shawarma I’ve had in town. From their chicken to their hummus to their roasted potatoes, everything is absolutely delicious. I have been ordering from Shawarma Palace on Uber eats once every two weeks (sometimes weekly) for 5 years. I literally miss it when I go on vacation. Make sure to ask for the freshly cut chicken, as sometimes the chicken can be a bit dry, once in a while, but when it’s freshly cut (as pictured), the taste is unmatched. Your best bet is probably to go into store to make sure it matches my pic. Highly recommend!

Clean and fast service. Food is decent portions and everything tastes nice and fresh. I gotten mixed shwarma platter and it was delicious. Potatoes is a nice mix up from only having rice and so good with the dollop of creamy sauce on top. And yes, garlic sauce waa so good. Will be back for shwarma cravings.

I love eating shawarma but the costumer service keeps me away from this place. Every-time I come the portion keeps getting smaller. I get it every week but I am thinking of switching to burritos now. Also I don’t get proper change back they only return me 6 when I order a large shawarma and give 20 bill.

15May2025 THU picked up a small Falafel Sandwich & a Chicken Shawarma Sandwich, they were prepared by a young gentleman who took great care in preparing both the sandwiches. He was very polite, patient, pleasant & helpful. We enjoyed our Sandwiches they were delicious! We visit Richmond every two-three months & make it a point to eat or pickup our favourites from here. I’d say, it was good!! Love the big portion and the flavourful chicken sandwich (wrap!) it tasted awesome! Except, I think I find it a little bit on the saltier side. So, if you’re sensitive to salt, this might not be a good choice; although, you’re missing out on the flavour! Service is awesome and the place is fairly clean. Good parking (from the time I went there anyways, 11:45am). Will definitely go back to try other stuff here!
